Terms of Use

1. The service

Wordo is a multiplayer Turkish word-guessing game you can play with your friends in real time. We reserve the right to improve, change or discontinue part of the service at any time.

2. Your account

To play, you choose a display name; you may also create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. The display name you choose must not infringe others' rights or be offensive.

3. Acceptable use

While using Wordo, you agree not to:

• Use unlawful, offensive, harassing or harmful content or names.
• Harass, threaten or mistreat other players.
• Attempt to disrupt the app, cheat, use automated tools, or overload our infrastructure.
• Copy, distribute or reverse-engineer the app's source code without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate the access of users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Wordo name, logo, design and all content in the app belong to Loun and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Pricing

Wordo is currently offered for free. If paid features are added in the future, they will be clearly stated before purchase and processed through the Apple App Store.

6. Limitation of liability

Wordo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Third-party services

Wordo uses third-party services such as Sign in with Apple for authentication and Supabase for infrastructure. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Account termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request that your account be deleted. For deletion requests, write to hello@loun.com.tr.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
